Pumpkin Chai Latte
Chai ... It’s not just for tea. There are countless ways to integrate healthy and tasty chai into your everyday life. Here’s one way for you:
This creamy, heartwarming and spicy beverage is perfect for chilly nights.
Ingredients:
- 20g Prana Chai + 100ml water
- 250ml milk of choice (we used oat milk)
- 2 TBSP pumpkin puree
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Star anise and/or cinnamon powder (to garnish)
How to:
- Place Prana Chai in a Prana pot, add 100ml water and boil for 30 seconds
- Add milk to the pot and simmer for five minutes (stirring occasionally)
- Remove from the stovetop and strain the hot chai into a blender. Add the pumpkin puree and mix until well blended
- Pour into your favourite mug and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Garnish with star anise or a sprinkle of cinnamon powder
