Pumpkin Chai Latte

Chai ... It’s not just for tea. There are countless ways to integrate healthy and tasty chai into your everyday life. Here’s one way for you:

This creamy, heartwarming and spicy beverage is perfect for chilly nights.   


  • 20g Prana Chai + 100ml water
  • 250ml milk of choice (we used oat milk)
  • 2 TBSP pumpkin puree
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Star anise and/or cinnamon powder (to garnish)

How to:

  1. Place Prana Chai in a Prana pot, add 100ml water and boil for 30 seconds
  2. Add milk to the pot and simmer for five minutes (stirring occasionally) 
  3. Remove from the stovetop and strain the hot chai into a blender. Add the pumpkin puree and mix until well blended
  4. Pour into your favourite mug and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Garnish with star anise or a sprinkle of cinnamon powder
