FAQ's
I can’t access my account.
Please click the link that says “forgot username”. Or “forgot password”. If you have already created an account (this only happens when you assign a password while checking out) then the system will send an auto-generated email to the email address provided when making the purchase. This email would have the necessary info to reset your account.
I want to change my subscription frequency, product or delivery address, how can I do it?
To change any details of your subscription, you can log in to your account and change address, frequency or product. If you can't log in or never have, then you need to create your account first. Don't forget to save the changes before logging out!
Can I pause my subscription delivery?
Our chai subscriptions can't be paused indefinitely, but you can change the next delivery date to give you time to think about how much you miss chai! If you need to make any changes to your subscription you can log into your account in the top right hand corner and change anything you need.
Can I cancel my subscription order?
If you want to cancel your subscription, we are happy to do so after the minimum order quantity is reached. The minimum order quantity and how this works is clearly explained on the subscription page.
