I can’t access my account.

Please click the link that says “forgot username”. Or “forgot password”. If you have already created an account (this only happens when you assign a password while checking out) then the system will send an auto-generated email to the email address provided when making the purchase. This email would have the necessary info to reset your account.

I want to change my subscription frequency, product or delivery address, how can I do it?

You will need to create an account to be able to order a subscription product. To be able to change the details of your subscription you need to log in to your account and make necessary changes from there. Please do not forget to save the changes before logging out.

How can I pause my subscription delivery?

Please login to your account and you would see your subscription section there. Please make the necessary changes and click save before logging out.

Can I cancel my subscription order?

If you want to cancel your subscription, we are happy to do so after the minimum order quantity is reached. The minimum order quantity and how this works is clearly explained on the subscription page.
