WHEN WILL MY CHAI ARRIVE?

We use Australia Post as a carrier. Once your order is processed and your package is labeled/collected you will get a notification/tracking link to the email address or to the mobile number that you have provided. You can click the tracking number provided on that notification to see the real time status of your package. Also you can check out delivery time estimates from here.

 

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING COST AND WHY IS THIS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?


Shipping and handling charges are passed on to you at cost. They are determined by the weight, dimensions, and distance from our warehouse to the destination. Because of this, we can not estimate the shipping cost BEFORE you enter your postcode.


We offer free delivery for orders over $90. We are always working towards minimising the shipping cost where possible, but we always want to make sure that your package is tracked at all times and the real-time tracking info is shared with you.

 

I WANT MY PACKAGE TO BE LEFT AT A SAFE SPOT EVEN IF THERE IS NO ONE AT HOME. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE OF THIS?


You do not need to do anything, by default the delivery procedure is to leave the pack at a safe spot if there is no one at destination. If you want to personally receive the pack then please add this to your notes section at the checkout. We will then make sure your pack is signed off on delivery. In this case, if you are not home then the delivery driver might leave a notice in your mailbox and drop the pack in your local post office.
