Chai Banana & Almond Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like a creamy chai latte in thicker form. Frozen bananas are blended with almond milk, vanilla extract and Prana Chai. It is dreamy and spicy and will definitely have you swooning. 

These are quite filling, and just little different to break up the green smoothie routine. A warning: after trying this chai banana smoothie, you’ll want to put Prana Chai into everything!


  • Prana Chai 1 TBS (20g)

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 cup of Almond milk

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

  • Ice cubes (if using fresh banana)

  • Ground cinnamon

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder of your choice (optional)


  1. Brew 1 TBS Prana Chai with 50 ml hot water for 2 minutes and strain

  2. Throw banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt, ice cubes* and protein powder* to a blender  

  3. Add brewed Prana Chai into the blender and blend until silky & smooth

  4. Pour into a glass & sprinkle ground cinnamon to finish off  

  5. ENJOY
