Our Premium blend may contain honey from native florals like Red Gum from Murray River, Yellow Box, Iron Bark, Blue Gum, Stringybark, Red Box Giant Mallee and Messmate. You'll get a distinct eucalypt scent when you open the jar - delicious evidence that our delicious honey is uniquely Australian!

Aussie honey is beloved worldwide for its quality, colour and unique flavour. Our Premium Australian honey blend is gathered from stands of old eucalypt forests in the Grampians, Yellow Gum from Ararat, Ballarat and Bendigo, and Snow Gum from NSW. Our local bees romance the native wild flora to produce exceptional quality honey which is prized for its health benefits and antimicrobial activity. Not to mention Aussie honey is known for low chemical and antibiotic residues!
