If you love a whisky sour then you've got to try this Masala Chai Sour - a unique twist on the classic crowd favourite!
Ingredients
- 60mL whisky
- 30mL fresh lemon juice
- 20mL Prana Chai simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes cherry bitters
How to Make
- Follow steps to prepare Prana Chai Simple Syrup
- Place all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker until egg white emulsifies
- Pour into cocktail glass
- Garnish with dried lemon disk, drunken cherry skewer and a light dash of cinnamon
