What is you morning looking like? Do you have a routine?

I always start the day with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in warm water, and exercise! I either head to the gym for a strength session, or boxing for cardio, or reformer pilates.

If you could teach the entire world just one thing, what would it be?

I believe in small efforts from each person collectively making big changes in the world in terms of sustainability and reducing wastage; particularly when it comes to single-use items. A staggering 38% of Australia’s landfill is actually single-use coffee cups or water bottles, and I think consumers have been conditioned to believe that it goes in a bin and gets recycled, and that’s not true. Only even 7% of what goes in a recycle bin actually becomes a recycled product. People don't realise how easy it is to do their part for the environment!

What's your milestone for being in the Health &Wellness Industry? How did you start?

I started with an Instagram and Wordpress blog just sharing my daily workout routines and what I was eating. With the resources out there today its so easy to share what you love and build an audience!

Who's your Instagram crush? TOP 5?

I don't think I have an Instagram crush but I'd say one of my favourite pages is @plant_proof, it's an inspiring and informative, science-based resource for learning about a plant based nutrition and lifestyle. I've learnt so much from this page and I'd recommend it to anyone just wanting to feel healthier and more fit, not just vegans.

Strangest thing about you? A secret? haha

I only have one kidney!!!! Haha

What's your choice of coffee and how do you drink chai?

I love a Chai with almond milk and a little honey! My favourite coffee is either a long black with a bit of almond milk or almond cap.
