Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice (100g)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chai (Prana Chai)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 large medjool dates, pitted
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling on top

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in your Thermomix or high speed blender. Whizz until smooth (TM 1.5 min, speed 10)
  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon
