Chai Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice (100g)
- 1 teaspoon fresh chai (Prana Chai)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 large medjool dates, pitted
- Cinnamon for sprinkling on top
Method
- Place all ingredients in your Thermomix or high speed blender. Whizz until smooth (TM 1.5 min, speed 10)
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon
