When will my chai arrive?

Right now, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays due to COVID19. While we endeavor to get our order out ASAP after we receive it, at the moment we cannot provide you a reliable timeframe due to postal service delays. We recommend you check out the Australia Post website here for more information on expected delivery during this time. We ship via Parcel Post - you can check out live delivery estimates here.

How do you calculate shipping cost and why is this not included in the price?

Shipping and handling charges are passed on to you at cost. They are determined by the weight, dimensions, and distance from our warehouse to the destination. Because of this, we can not estimate the shipping cost BEFORE you enter your postcode.

We offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount. There is a shipping calculator in your shopping cart that shows the current free shipment level. This calculator looks at the final price (after discounts - if you have any)  and shows you how much $ amount is left to get the free shipping. We are always working towards minimising the shipping cost where possible, but we always want to make sure that your package is tracked at all times and the real-time tracking info is shared with you. 

I want my package to be left at a safe spot even if there is no one at home. How can I make sure of this?

You do not need to do anything, by default the delivery procedure is to leave the pack at a safe spot if there is no one at destination. If you want to personally receive the pack then please add this to your notes section at the checkout. We will then make sure your pack is signed off on delivery. In this case, if you are not home then the delivery driver might leave a notice in your mailbox and drop the pack in your local post office.
