Chai . . . It’s not just for warm tea. There are countless ways to integrate healthy, tasty chai into your everyday life. Here is one for you:



  • 60ml brewed Prana Chai (chilled) (20g Prana Chai + 100ml water, simmered for three minutes and then strained)
  • 60ml whiskey
  • 15ml Grand Marnier
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Tools: a bar spoon, a strainer, a mixing glass 

Glass: rocks 
Garnish: orange twist 


  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. 
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. 
  • Garnish.
